Tasting Notes
This Champagne has a nose of delicate white flowers, fuji apple, lime zest, and wet rock. The wine is elegant and lean, with vibrantly high acidity. The palate is reminiscent of fresh grapefruit, quince and salted carmel. The Blanc de Blanc Grand Cru makes an excellent aperitif, and pairs well with oysters, caviar, poultry, and crudos.

Color: Brilliant sustained salmon pink.
Nose: Discreet, recalling ripe cherry and a slight note of toast.
Palate: Fresh and crisp with an after taste of lemon and butter aromas. Typical grape character and
notes of spices.

in 64 to 68F.

Nose: Strawberries and red berries. Lively and fresh aromas of citrus fruits with a lot of roundness.
